Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Verify that the ignition switch is OFF.
2. Disconnect the IAC Valve connector.
3. Remove the two (2) AC Valve screws.
4. Remove the IAC Valve and gasket and discard. Use a new gasket when reinstalling the IAC Valve.

Installation 

1. Install a new gasket onto the IAC valve.
2. Install IAC valve onto intake manifold and secure with two screws.
3. Connect the idle air control valve electrical connector.
