8.
Re-install the foot panel onto the mounting studs then re-install the four (4) mounting nuts.
9.
Torque the four (4) foot panel and two (2) ECM mounting nuts.
Tightening Torque:
80 in-lb (9 N.m)
10.
Place the passenger compartment footwell carpeting back into the proper position.
11.
Re-install the right front kick panel by inserting the plastic upper mounting fastener into the mounting bracket.
12.
Re-install the right front kick panel lower mounting screw and screw cover.
13.
Insert the forward edge of the sill plate into the right front kick panel then push the rear edge down into position on the door sill.
14.
Re-install the three (3) mounting screws and three (3) screw covers into the door sill plate.
