Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

EVAPORATOR CORE

Disassembly

1. Remove blower unit.
2. Disconnect the blower motor resistor connector.
3. Remove two screws retaining the blower motor resistor.

4. Remove the blower motor resistor.
5. Disconnect the blower motor connector.
6. Remove three screws at the top of the blower motor.
7. Remove the blower motor vent tubing.

8. Remove the blower motor with the fan wheel attached.
9. Remove the four blower inlet duct screws.
