2. Remove flywheel from crankshaft flange.

Pilot Bearing 

Removal 

Required:

Bearing Puller 

If replacement is required, remove bearing using a bearing puller.

Clutch Cover 

Inspection 
1. Inspect clutch cover contact surface of the clutch disc for scoring, cracks, or discoloration. Minor scoring or discoloration should be removed with

emery paper.

2. Inspect damage to cover or diaphragm spring.
