Mark out and remove the surplus NVH insulation pad to allow the air intake duct to fit correctly to the plastic intake duct in the bulkhead (Figure
1).

Install the blower assembly ensuring that the foam seal is fully seated to the plastic intake duct.

7.

Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lbf.ft).

8.

Tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (7 lbf.ft).

9.

Install the glove box lamp switch bracket and tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (4.4 lbf.ft).

10.

Install the relays to the blower assembly bracket.

11.

Install the glove box assembly.

12.

Install the lower dash panel and secure with trim fasteners.

13.

Connect the battery ground cable.
