3.

Release the four retaining clips and remove the seat front base cover. (Figure 1)

4.

Undo and remove the two driver seat module Torx screws. (Figure 1)

5.

Disconnect the five electrical connectors from the module.

6.

Remove the seat module.

7.

Install the new seat module as follows:

Connect the five electrical connectors.

Install and tighten the two seat module Torx screws to 2.5 Nm (22 lbf in).

8.

Install the seat front base cover, ensuring all four retaining clips are secure.

9.

Turn ignition 'ON'.

NOTE:

When a replacement memory control module is installed to a seat it must be initialized so that the control module can learn the seat's maximum
and minimum adjustment values.

10.

Adjust all the seat movement axes (slide, recline, height and tilt) from one end of travel to the other.

11.

Turn ignition 'OFF.
