2. Install the fuel tank filler pipe.

Install the bolt and tighten to 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.).

CAUTION: Tighten the new tamper proof clip until the hexagon shears.

3. Connect the fuel filler neck.

Install a new retaining clip.

4. Connect the breather pipes.

Secure the clips.

5. Install the filler door.
6. Install the fender splash shield.
7. Install the fender moulding.
8. Install the wheel and tire.
9. Install the spare wheel and tire.

10. Refill the fuel tank.
11. Connect the battery ground cable.
