Ensure both clamps are positioned in the upper-most position and in perpendicular alignment to the window glass tab. (Figure 3)

Tighten two Torx bolts to 10 Nm (7 lbf-ft).

Verify proper operation of the window regulator:

No noise heard.
^
The glass raises completely.
^
The glass seals correctly.

If the regulator operation or glass position is not correct, follow procedures 4-8 to position the glass correctly.
NOTE:
Wind noise may be reported as a result of incorrect positioning of the front door glass. If wind noise is heard following glass adjustment,
bulletin 76/10/03/NAS Issue 5 provides instructions for corrective actions.
10.
Road test the vehicle to determine if any wind noise is present with the window closed.
11.
If any wind noise is present refer to bulletin 76/10/03/NAS Issue 5 and reposition front door glass.
12.
If window operation is correct and free of noise, secure plastic covering to correct position, ensuring a good seal to the door panel.
13.
Refer to GTR section 76.34.01 and install door trim panel.
14.
Verify correct operation of all door mounted switches.
15.
Verify correct operation of the audio speakers mounted on the repaired door.
