Brake Pedal Assy: Overhaul

Disassembly

BRAKE: BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Loosen the lock nut, and then remove the stop light switch.

2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD

3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY   See: Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems/Braking Sensor/Switch/Service

and Repair/Removal

4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the nut, hexagon bolt and brake pedal support.

5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET COLLAR
