52. Insert the cluster gear through the selector gear and engage the splines.
53. CAUTION: The differential cover must be installed within 15 minutes of application of the silicone, or new sealant must be applied. If possible,
allow one hour before filling with lubricant to snake sure the silicone sealant has properly cured.
Use Premium Long Life Grease XG-l-C or -K or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESA-M1C75-B to coat the thrust washer and position it on
the cluster gear.
54. CAUTION: Do not allow any silicone rubber to squeeze inside during assembly.
Use Ford Black Silicone Rubber F4AZ-l9562-B or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSE-M4G323-A1 and ESE-M46l95-A to fill the groove
in the front axle assembly.
55. Assemble the front axle tube.

Align the bolt holes and position the front axle tube assembly.

Position the axle identification tag.
