Outside Recirculating Door Vacuum Motor

Removal

1. Remove the spring nut retaining the outside-recirc door vacuum motor arm to the outside-recirc door crank arm.

2. Remove two nuts retaining the vacuum motor to the mounting bracket.

3. Disengage the vacuum motor from the mounting bracket and the door crank arm. Disconnect the vacuum hose and remove the motor.

Installation

1. Connect the white vacuum hose to the vacuum motor. Position the motor to the mounting bracket and the door crank arm.

2. Install two nuts to retain the vacuum motor to the mounting bracket.

3. Position the vacuum motor arm on the door crank arm. Ensure the spring is on the crank arm before connecting the vacuum motor arm to the crank

arm. Install a new spring nut to retain the motor arm and spring on the door crank arm.

4. Check the operation of the outside-recirc door and motor.
