HEATER CORE HOUSING
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Moulding/Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, See: Body
and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair
2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
5. Remove the rear seat duct.

Position the seal aside.

Remove the screws.
3
Remove the rear seat duct.
6. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
7. Remove the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft.
