If not within the specification, replace the front door speaker.

Resistance

-

Without Bose(R): 3.4-4.6 ohms

With Bose(R): 1.83-2.47 ohms

Rear Door Speaker Inspection

REAR DOOR SPEAKER INSPECTION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the rear door trim.  See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement

3. Remove the rear door speaker.  See: Service and Repair/Rear Door Speaker Removal/Installation

4. Verify the resistance between the rear door speaker terminals.

If not within the specification, replace the rear door speaker.

Tweeter Inspection

TWEETER INSPECTION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the inner garnish.  See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Inner Garnish Removal/Installation

3. Remove the tweeter.  See: Service and Repair/Tweeter Removal/Installation

4. Verify the resistance between tweeter terminals.
