Thermal Vacuum Valve: Testing and Inspection
Water Thermo Valve 2 -- 2 Port

1.

Remove No. 2 water thermo valve.   

2.

Blow air into intake manifold side and ensure air flows from the other side.

3.

Immerse valve in container of water. 

4.

Slowly heat water while observing temperature. When temperature is 129°F or above, blow air into intake manifold side of valve and ensure air
does not flow from other side.

5.

If test results are unsatisfactory, replace valve.
