Audio noise when operating the swing louver.

The location of the condensor installed on the louver motor has been changed to minimize this noise beginning with the following VINs:

JM1GC311 D1505973 JM1GC241 D1502553 JM1GC221 D1509029

Swing Louver Assembly

If this noise is encountered, change the louver motor to the new one. Although there is no change in part number, the service parts have been already
modified. The modified parts have the identification mark as shown.

Part Number:

G038 55 215 louver motor.

Lock Tabs Locations

Repair Procedure:

a)

Remove the swing louver assembly from the dash panel. Lift three tabs using a screw driver and pull the louver assembly out.
