Front Door Hinge: Service and Repair
HINGE ADJUSTMENT - FRONT DOOR
LH and RH sides
NOTE: Make sure the rear door is within specification before making any adjustments to the front door. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS.
1. Remove the fender. For additional information, refer to FENDER.
2. Mark the positions of the front door hinges to use as reference points.
3. Loosen the two front door hinge-to-body bolts just enough to permit movement.
4. Remove the A-pillar lower trim panel.
1. Remove the pin-type retainer.
2. Remove the A-pillar lower trim panel.
