10. Remove the special tool from the passenger seat safety belt pretensioner body harness electrical connector.
11. Connect the passenger seat safety belt pretensioner electrical connector.
12. Connect the battery ground cable.
13. With the remaining special tools still in place, prove out the air bag system. For additional information, see AIR BAG AND SAFETY BELT
PRETENSIONER SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS).
14. Disconnect the battery ground cable and wait at least one minute.
WARNING: The air bag is for restraint system service only. Remove from vehicle prior to road use. Failure to remove could result in
injury and possible violation of vehicle safety standards.
15. Remove the special tool from the driver seat safety belt pretensioner body harness electrical connector.
