Reinstall in reverse order.
Adjusting trunk lid latch mechanism

Loosen trunk lid latch mechanism mounting screws (10, Figure 3).
10.
Carefully close trunk lid while visually verifying the latch tongue (11, Figure 4) is entering the lock mechanism (7, Figure 4) in a centered position.
11.
If necessary, adjust latch tongue transversely or longitudinally (arrows, Figure 5), tighten screws.
Tightening torque:
10 Nm.
