NOTE:  Installation:  Replace sealing ring of oil drain plug.

Unscrew black cap (5) at oil pan (1)

Dismount oil pan bottom section (2) from oil pan(1).

NOTE:  Installation:  Clean sealing surfaces of oil pan and oil pan bottom section.

Unscrew lower bolts (6) of transmission bell at oil pan.

NOTE:  Four screws.

Dismount oil pan (1)

NOTE:
-

26 bolts.

-

Installation:  Check sealing ring from guide tube of oil dipstick and replace if necessary.

-

Clean sealing surfaces of oil pan and crankcase.

-

Installation:  The guide tube of the oil dipstick must be counterheld when installing oil pan.

Install in the reverse order

DANGER:

Risk of accident. Accidents may result if the vehicle starts off unintentionally with the engine running. Risk of injury as working
around the engine during start-up or while running may result in contusions and burns.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear dosed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.

Inspect ATF level in automatic transmission, add ATF if necessary.

Check engine oil level.

Run engine and inspect for leaks

Perform basic programming.

Read out fault memory with STAR DIAGNOSIS and erase if necessary.

NOTE:  Stored faults, which may be caused by installation or test operations, must be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing
the work.
