Remove cover below instrument panel

NOTE:  Passenger side.

Unscrew screws (1)

NOTE:  Three screws.

See "Special Tools" given below.

Remove actuator motor for right blend air flap (M2/7) from AC/heater housing

Disconnect connector (3) from right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7)

Install in the reverse order

6

Synchronize right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7)

Torx bit set, P/N# 000 559 01 10 00
