Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 degrees C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour
coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Risk of explosion through welding or soldering work on the enclosed air conditioning system. Risk of poisoning through inhalation of
overheated refrigerant vapor. Risk of injury from skin and eye contact with liquid refrigerant.

Do not perform any welding work on the enclosed air conditioning system and in its immediate vicinity. No fire or naked flame.

Wear safety glasses and protective gloves; work in well-ventilated premises only. All repair work on the air conditioning system's circuit
to be performed on drained system only.
CAUTION: Protect the air conditioning system's circuit and components against moisture during repair work.

Risk explosion from explosive gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury with caustic
burns to eyes and skin from battery electrolyte or from handling damaged lead-acid batteries.

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.

Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and eye protection. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Disconnect ground cable of battery
CAUTION: Do not connect quiescent current retention device.

Remove evaporator housing

Remove clamping springs (4)
NOTE: Five clamping springs.

Remove blower housing (5) from evaporator housing

Unscrew bolts (1)
NOTE: Three bolts.

Remove right blending air flap actuator motor (M2/7)

Detach coupling (3)

Install in the reverse order

Normalize right blending air flap actuator motor (M2/7)

Read diagnostic trouble code memory and erase
