1. Lay down hydraulic pump in suitable receptacle
2. Unscrew bolts (3) from connection plate (4).
The number of bolts (3) differs according to the model.
3. Remove connection plate (4) from hydraulic pump
4. Pull hydraulic lines (5) out of hydraulic pump
If it is necessary to replace individual hydraulic lines (5), only pull out hydraulic lines (5) to be replaced.
5. Seal connections of hydraulic pump with set of stop plugs.
Prepare hydraulic lines pulled out for installation
Provide all hydraulic lines pulled out with new retaining rings (6) and new sealing rings (7). Moisten new sealing rings (7) with hydraulic oil.
6. Remove old retaining rings (6) and sealing rings (7) from hydraulic lines pulled out.
7. Install centering cone (8) of assembly aid on end of hydraulic line.
8. Install new retaining ring (6) on centering cone (8 ) with assembly aid.
9. Slide new retaining ring (6) with handle (9) of assembly air into groove of hydraulic line.
10. Remove centering cone (8) of assembly aid from hydraulic line connection.
11. Slide on new sealing ring (7) with aid of centering cone (8 ) of assembly aid.
12. Plug hydraulic lines with set of stop plugs to protect against soiling.
Connect hydraulic lines to hydraulic pump
13. Remove set of stop plugs from hydraulic line connections and hydraulic lines
14. Manually press hydraulic lines into hydraulic pump connections to stop
Hydraulic lines should be installed separately and should never be pressed into hydraulic pump with aid of terminal plate (4).
15. Position connection plate (4) and tighten with bolts
Observe tightening torque for bolts.
16. Check oil level of hydraulic system, if necessary correct oil level.
Observe tightening torque for oil filler screw.
17. Remove hydraulic oil residues from hydraulic pump and hydraulic lines.
