DANGER:

Risk of explosion from explosive gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury with caustic
burns to eyes and skin from battery electrolyte or from handling damaged lead-acid batteries

No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.

Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and eye protection. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Disconnect ground cable of battery

Remove instrument panel

Expose line

NOTE:  Wiring harness for cockpit in area of right defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/9).

Unscrew bolts (1)

NOTE:  Three bolts.

Remove right defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/9)

Detach coupling (3)

Install in the reverse order

Normalize right defroster vent flap actuator motor (M2/9)

Read diagnostic trouble code memory and erase

10

Perform basic programming.
