Insert guide sleeve (9) with broaching tool (8) into bucket tappet basic bore.

Press broaching tool (8) through.
Lubricate with petroleum for this step; clean broaching tool (8) with compressed air or plastic brush after each broaching operation. Use a suitable
aluminum drift as an extension for pressing through the broaching tool (8) in the area of the guide sleeve (9).
Use guide sleeve 104 589 Of 63 00 and broaching tool 704 589 0153 00 for basic bore 13.7 mm.
Use guide sleeve 179 589 05 63 00 and broaching tool 119 589 0153 00 for bask bore 12.7mm
