Even the length of yellow and brown wire (A, Figure 2).

Remove approximately 1/4-inch of insulation at the H-1 bulb socket yellow and brown wire ends (A, Figure 2).

Cut off the non-operational H-1 bulb socket from the fog lamp assembly. Approximately 3-inches of gray and brown wire should remain inside fog
lamp assembly.

Note: The part cut off is shown above (B, Figure 2).

Remove approximately 1/4-inch of insulation from the gray and brown wire ends coming from the fog lamp assembly.

Connect the new H-1 bulb socket to the fog lamp assembly. Connect the yellow wire to the gray wire, and the brown wire to the brown wire
(Figure 3). Using the two cable connectors shown above (C, Figure 2) crimp the wires together as indicated above.

10.

Reinstall the H-1 bulb socket into fog lamp assembly.

11.

Reinstall fog lamp.
