Align vehicle horizontal in the longitudinal direction by loading with suitable weights

Measurement of inclination via door entrance edges e.g. carry out with a spirit level

Screw in threaded bolts (07n)

NOTE:
-

Insert threaded bolts in the rearmost tapped holes "k" in fixing rail.

Depending on the model, unscrew rear bolts from engine suspension or remove plugs for tapped holes.

Insert suspension (07) horizontal and adjust supports (07r, 07s) to suit the respective model

NOTE:  The suspension (07) does not have to be at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, but may be inclined to it (depending on the
position of the rearmost tapped holes in the fixing rail (64))

Install telescopic measuring rod (06) with connecting parts on retaining pin (024b)

Insert respective measuring tips/pins (024) for the corresponding distance or comparative measurement

Carry out distance and comparative measurement at front and rear axle
