OVERVIEW
The affected vehicles in this program may have been built with misrouted battery positive cables or a loose connection. All cables that have been
damaged due to these conditions must be replaced. This procedure will give the details for identifying misrouted cables, instruct you on how to properly
route and retain the cable or replace the cable if damaged.
INSPECTION
B+ TERMINAL AND CABLE
1.
Install a memory saver, then disconnect the battery negative cable.
2.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
