21. CAUTION: Make sure the power steering fluid does not contaminate the accessory drive belt.
Disconnect the high-pressure tube union

Detach the clamp.

Disconnect the tube union.

Allow the fluid to drain into a suitable container.

22. Raise and support the vehicle.
23. Remove the two splash shields (wheel removed for clarity).
Vehicles With 2.5L Engine
24. Remove the night-hand side tie-rod end retaining nut.
