5. Remove the blend door motor

Remove the four screws.

Remove the motor.

6. Disconnect the air distributor from the heater/evaporator core housing (shown removed).

7. Remove the heater outlet floor duct from the heater/evaporator core housing.

Remove the screw.

Slide the air duct upwards.

Release the retaining tabs on each side and remove the heater outlet floor duct.

8. Remove the heater core cover and core.

Release the four retaining clips and remove the heater core cover and core.
