12. Remove the nut on the heater/evaporator core housing (A/C variant shown).
13. Remove the lower defroster air duct from the heater/evaporator core housing.

Remove the screw.

Release the retaining tabs.
14. Disconnect the right and left-hand air hose from the heater/evaporator core housing (left-hand side shown).
15. Disconnect the air distributor from the heater/evaporator core housing (shown removed).
16. Remove the heater/evaporator core housing.
