To the above-mentioned blue electrical connectors, connect the mating blue electrical connectors on the large jumper harness (9A451) included in
the kit.
NOTE:
Some vehicles will have the large jumper harness already installed as an integral part of the main engine harness. These vehicles will have
four connectors (two blue, one gray and one black) taped to the engine harness near the point where the lead goes to the choke cap. They
will also have an electrical eyelet taped to the harness near the starter relay, and an electrical connector that mates with the 9345 relay taped
near the passenger side headlamp. For service of such vehicles, untape the above-mentioned connectors and discard the large jumper harness
(9A451) included in the kit.
7.
Connect the gray electrical connector from the carbto-intake manifold gasket to the mating gray connector on the large jumper harness.
