Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair
Heater Water Control Solenoid
The heater water control solenoid is mounted on the bulkhead behind the intake manifold.
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the heater water control solenoid connector.
3. Disconnect the two heater water control solenoid vacuum lines.
4. Remove the heater water control solenoid bracket nut.
5. Remove the heater water control solenoid.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
