Water Bypass Hose

REMOVAL

1. Drain the cooling system. 
2. Place a drain pan under the water connection.

3. Remove the upper radiator hose bracket bolt.
4. Loosen the upper hose clamp and remove the upper radiator hose from the water outlet connection. Discard the hose clamp.

5. Reposition the hose clamp and remove the water bypass hose from the water outlet connection.

6. Reposition the hose clamp and remove the water bypass hose from the water hose connection.
7. Remove the water bypass hose.
