Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tool

REMOVAL
NOTE: Replacement of the suction accumulator is not required when repairing the air conditioning system except when there is physical evidence of
system contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Discharge and recover the A/C refrigerant. See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery
3. Disconnect the A/C clutch cycling switch electrical connector.
4. Disconnect the A/C suction accumulator line to A/C compressor nut.
