12. Remove the two pushpins and one screw for the lower steering column opening finish panel.

13. Remove the two screws, disconnect the cigarette lighter and the speed control switch, then remove the lower steering column opening finish panel.

14. Remove the four screws and position out the lower steering column opening finish panel reinforcement.
