Remove evaporator (1).
Replacement:
Remove expansion valve (2) See: Expansion Valve/Service and Repair.
Installation:
Observe assembly sequence without fail.
Insert coolant pipes (1) with new sealing rings in heat exchanger (2).
Attach lower shell of retaining clip (3) from rear (A/C system side).
Clip in upper shell (4) from front and secure with screw (5).
