Secure welding pins (2) with locking washers (1).
Shorten welding pins (1) down to measurement (A).
A=2 mm

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove switch for door mirror
Release speaker trim (1) at catches (2) and detach from door trim panel.
Installation:
Catches (1) and foam material (2) on speaker trim (3) must not be damaged.
