Insert a trim stick into one side of the gear shift knob as shown. Gently pry with the trim stick to disengage the tab on one side of the push
button.

Insert another trim stick into the other side of the gear shift knob as shown. Gently pry with the trim stick to disengage the tab and remove
the push button.

5.

Shift the transmission to Neutral.

6.

Remove the nut from the shift knob.

7.

Remove the floor console.
