make the adjustment.
After the adjustment is completed, tighten the screw securely.
2. The output Voltage becomes higher when the throttle position sensor is turned toward the right (in the clockwise direction).
(15) Switch OFF the ignition switch.
(16) Adjust the play of the accelerator cable.
(17) Connect the connector of the idle-speed control servo.
(18) Disconnect the special tool (test harness) and the Voltmeter, and connect the connector of the throttle-position sensor.
(19) Start the engine and check to be sure that it idles at the correct idling speed.
Standard value: 700±100 rpm
(20) Switch OFF the ignition switch, and then, after disconnecting the battery terminals for ten seconds or longer, connect them again.
(By doing this, the memory data for the diagnosis during the adjustment of the idle speed control will be erased.)
(21) Start the engine once again and let it idle for about five minutes and check to be sure that the idling condition is satisfactory.
