Clean the aspirator tube threads and remove any excessive rust in the aspirator tube.

Install the supplied threaded aspirator cap on the aspirator tube and tighten securely.

8.

Clean the aspirator hose nipple on the air cleaner assembly of any debris.

9.

Install the supplied rubber cap on the aspirator hose nipple on the air cleaner assembly.

10.

Clean any dirt or corrosion from the electrical connector that was attached to the ASOV and install the supplied wiring connector plug on the
connector, then secure the connector back onto the main engine wiring harness with electrical tape.
