1.
Lift and support the front wheels on a lift.
2.
Disconnect the ignition power transistor.
NOTE:
On DOHC models, you must first remove the intake manifold plenum cover before disconnecting the power transistor.

Remove the 20 amp multi-point injection (MPI) fusible link in the engine compartment fuse box.
4.
Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and right five to six times.
