A new Rear Axle Lock Nut Spanner Wrench # MIT309869 has been released for use on 1987 to 1990 Van/Wagon models. Also by performing a simple
field modification to the existing Rear Axle Bearing Case Remover # MB990787-01 as described in this bulletin, the tool can be adapted for use on 1987
to 1990 Van/Wagon models.
Changes must be made to Van / Wagon Service Manuals to incorporate these tools. Please make the indicated service manual changes and write this
Technical Service Bulletin number in the TSB Revision boxes
