MODIFICATION
Position the template on the face of the tool so that the edges of the template line up with the edges of the tool. (The face of the tool is the side with the
tool number stamped on it.) Secure the template firmly in place with tape or cement. Then center-punch the four holes where the center lines intersect,
and drill the four holes using a 15/32" diameter drill.
