See Figure 2 for hose location by model.

Place the temperature control lever in the full hot position.

Start the engine and run at about 2000rpm for 10 minutes. Race the engine 2 or 3 times. Make sure coolant comes out of the temporary bleed
hose during this 10 minute period.

6.

Check for the heater gurgle noise. If the noise still exists, repeat step 5 until the noise goes away.

7.

Install the short hose and save the long hoses for other vehicles.
