Then refer to Figure 15. Connect the countermeasure relay to the countermeasure harness. Connect the red and gray wires of the
countermeasure harness to the resistor. For Sentra Federal, connect the black wire to the resistor bracket. (Refer to Figure 9).

For Federal Models:

Connect the countermeasure harness to the countermeasure vacuum switching valve.

Disconnect the deceleration vacuum switch connector and connect the countermeasure harness to the disconnected deceleration vacuum
switch connector and the engine main harness (see Figure 15 and 16 for deceleration vacuum switch location and chart in Figure 15 for
connector identification).

310: Disconnect the choke heater electrical connector and connect the countermeasure harness to the disconnected choke heater and the
engine main harness.

Sentra:

Disconnect the carburetor electrical connector and connect the countermeasure harness to the disconnected carburetor connector
and the engine main harness.
