IF YOU CONFIRM
The power lumbar support on the driver seat is inoperative.
ACTION
Replace the lumbar support assembly.
^ Do not replace the entire seatback for this incident.

Service Procedure
IMPORTANT:
Follow all cautions, warnings, and notes in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) when working on or near a Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), such
as an air bag.
1. Write down the radio station presets.
2. Move / adjust the driver seat bottom and seatback to the full forward positions.
3. Disconnect both 12V battery cables, negative cable first.
4. Remove the driver seatback finisher as follows:
