Check for excessive vertical free play in the glass lid.  If there is free play in the front corners, go to Condition "D" to correct. Free play in the
rear corners must be shimmed as explained in step 3 below.

Adjust the shimmed height of the glass lid (front and rear) to the specifications shown in Figure 7.

Weatherstrip

If after performing the procedures, the wind noise remains, a 1 mm shim should be installed in the front portion of the weatherstrip (Figure 8).
 Test drive and shim other areas of the weatherstrip as necessary.
