ACTION:

Replace the door pocket.

NOTE:

Do not replace the complete door finisher for a door pocket that is loose and/or does not work correctly.

Submit a Primary Failed Part (PP) line claim using the claims coding shown.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Remove the door panel (finisher).

Refer to section E1 in the Service Manual for door finisher removal information.

2.

Set the door finisher-backside facing UP-on a clean working surface.
