Measurement must be made with closed throttle position switch installed in vehicle.

If NG, adjust closed throttle position switch. Refer to: "Basic Inspection".    See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing
and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Initial Inspection (Basic Inspection)

5. If it is impossible to adjust closed throttle position switch in "Basic Inspection", replace closed throttle position switch.
