Seat Trim - Non-Warrantable Examples

SEAT TRIM WARRANTY CLAIMS

An ongoing analysis of Seat Trim returned through the Part Return Program has shown an increasing volume of non-warrantable seat trim replacements
being claimed as a warrantable repair.  Non-warrantable seat trim examples are cigarette burns, cuts and punctures.

Please instruct your Warranty Administration team that seat trim damage as indicated above is not covered by the Nissan New Vehicle Limited Warranty
and should not be submitted for reimbursement via the Warranty Claim Processing System.
